เงื่อนไขการคัดลอกการเทรด

1. What the service is

You request to copy the trades of an EA that VNFUNDED has approved for copying (the Master), after that EA’s developer accepts you as a follower.

To copy, you provide your MT5 account number, server name and TRADING password. VNFUNDED’s servers (VPS) use them to log in to MT5 and run the VNF_Copier software, which automatically places, modifies and closes trades on your account following the Master’s trades and your settings.

Your money always stays at your broker. VNFUNDED never receives, holds or moves your funds.

2. Trading authorisation

By ticking the box you AUTHORISE VNFUNDED to use your trading password to perform those copy trades on the account you declared, until you stop copying. VNFUNDED uses the password for no other purpose.

You confirm that you own the MT5 account or are allowed by its owner, and that copying does not breach your broker’s rules.

3. Password security

The password is AES-256-GCM encrypted as soon as you send it, is never shown again to anyone (including the developer and VNFUNDED staff in the interface), is decrypted only on the server that runs your MT5, and sits on that server’s disk for only a few seconds while MT5 starts.

When you stop copying, the developer declines, or the request is cancelled, the password is destroyed (encrypted data overwritten) and the MT5 folder on the server is deleted.

An MT5 trading password only trades; withdrawals are made in your broker’s client area, not through MT5. NEVER give your client-area / email / bank passwords. Use a dedicated account for copying and change the trading password at your broker after you stop.

No system is perfectly secure. If you suspect the password leaked, change it at your broker immediately — copying pauses until you enter the new one.

4. Not investment advice

Information, statistics, the VNF Score, VNFUNDED approving an EA for copying and a developer accepting you are NOT investment advice and NOT a promise of profit or safety. Past results do not guarantee future results.

You alone decide which EA to copy, with how much capital and which settings.

5. Risk

Leveraged trading of forex, gold, indices and crypto is high risk; you can lose part or ALL of the money in your account.

EAs using DCA, grid, martingale or no hard stop-loss can carry very large floating losses before closing. News, weekend gaps and thin liquidity can cause losses beyond expectations.

6. Your results will differ from the Master

Copied results can differ SIGNIFICANTLY from the Master because of: latency (usually seconds, sometimes longer), slippage, different spreads/commissions/swaps between brokers, different quotes, volumes rounded DOWN to your broker’s lot step, trades below the minimum lot being skipped, different symbol names, cent accounts, your broker’s rules, and SL/TP levels your broker may reject.

By default, Master positions opened before you start copying are not copied. Only MT5 hedging accounts are supported; one account copies one EA at a time.

7. Servers and interruptions

VNFUNDED tries to keep your MT5 running continuously and moves it to another server when one fails, but does NOT promise uninterrupted operation. If connections drop, a server or MT5 fails, your broker rejects orders or Master data is interrupted, trades may not open or may not close with the Master — you may need to manage them yourself in MT5.

When Master data is older than 90 seconds, nothing is opened or closed. If logging in fails (wrong password / server) for 6 minutes, the system stops retrying so the broker does not lock the account, and asks you to enter it again.

The equity stop, maximum lot and other checks are best-effort and do NOT guarantee a loss limit.

8. Do not interfere with copied trades

You may still trade on the account yourself, but do NOT modify or close trades commented "VNF#…" (copied trades) unless you accept that copying will diverge; a copied trade you close yourself is not reopened.

9. The Master, the developer and VNFUNDED may change or stop

The developer may change the strategy or version, stop the EA, pause your copying or stop allowing copies. VNFUNDED may suspend copying of any EA at any time to protect users. No new trades are then opened; trades already copied still close with the Master as long as data is available.

10. Fees

VNFUNDED currently charges no fee for copying. Some EAs require an active licence (priced by the developer). Any new fee (e.g. a server fee) will be announced in advance and require your acceptance.

11. Data

VNFUNDED stores: account number, server, broker name, currency, balance, equity, number of open copied trades, a log of copy actions (open/close/skip/error), the terms edition you accepted, and the time and IP address of acceptance. The developer only sees your first name, masked account number, server, settings and equity.

12. Stopping

You can pause or stop at any time in Dashboard → Copy trading: "Stop & close copied trades" (the server closes them at market price, then stops) or "Stop, keep open trades" (stops now; copied trades left open are no longer managed — close them yourself). Either way the password is deleted from VNFUNDED.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, VNFUNDED and the EA developer are not liable for trading losses, lost profits or damages arising from copying, network, server or MT5 failures, broker errors or decisions, latency or data interruptions, except for VNFUNDED’s wilful misconduct.

14. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated; each edition has its own version code. You must accept the new version to create a new copy subscription. Current version: copy-terms-2026-10-16-vps.
