1. Data we collect

Account details (name, email, hashed password), order and payment details (bank transfer reference, USDT transaction hash), data from MT5 accounts you connect (login, server, balance, equity, trades, deposits/withdrawals) and technical logs (IP address, access times) for security.

2. Investor passwords

Investor (read-only) passwords are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, decrypted only on the tracking server that holds your account, and never shown again. When you disconnect, the password is permanently destroyed. We never ask for trading passwords; if one is entered by mistake, it is deleted immediately.

3. How we use data

To run your account and licenses, process payments, calculate metrics and verify EAs, send necessary notifications and emails, and detect fraud. Trading results of an EA’s official tracking account are published on the EA page; account numbers and personal details are not.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with necessary infrastructure providers (hosting, file storage, email delivery) or when required by law. Developers only see the name and email of buyers of their own EAs.

5. Retention and your rights

Raw trading data is kept long-term so results remain auditable. You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent, by contacting support@vnfunded.vn. Some data may need to be kept to meet accounting, tax and anti-fraud obligations.

We only use essential cookies: your sign-in session and language choice. No advertising cookies.
