Refund Policy

1. When you can get a refund

You are entitled to a refund if: you paid but no license was issued; the EA is removed for a violation during your license term; or the EA file does not run on MT5 and the developer does not fix it within 7 days of your report.

2. When refunds do not apply

Trading losses, results that differ from past data, or a change of mind after the EA file has been downloaded are not grounds for a refund, because digital products cannot be returned.

3. How to ask

Email support@vnfunded.vn with your order ID and a description of the problem within 14 days of payment. We reply within 3 business days.

4. How refunds are paid

Refunds go back through the same method you paid with: bank transfer (VND) or USDT BEP20 to a wallet you provide. When a refund is issued, the license is revoked and the EA stops opening new trades.
