VNFUNDED Terms of Service

1. Scope
These terms apply to everyone using VNFUNDED EA HUB (vnfunded.vn): EA buyers, developers selling EAs and visitors. By creating an account you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy and the Risk Warning.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure and are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person. VNFUNDED may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse or unlawful activity.
3. EA licenses
Once payment is confirmed you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the EA on the number of MT5 accounts stated on the license, for the term of the plan you bought. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, share or resell the EA file or license key.
4. Developers
Developers confirm they own the rights to sell the EA, describe its strategy and risks honestly (including Grid, DCA, Martingale and Hedging), make no guaranteed-profit claims and do not interfere with tracking data. Developers receive 70% of net revenue from each license; VNFUNDED keeps a 30% platform fee.
5. Data and rankings
Metrics, VNF Scores, risk levels and rankings are calculated automatically from MT5 data using a published method. Nobody — including administrators — can edit them. They are information only, not investment advice.
6. Payments
Prices are listed in USD. You can pay by VietQR bank transfer (converted to VND at the rate shown at checkout) or USDT on the BEP20 network. Licenses are issued once VNFUNDED confirms the full amount has been received. Transfer and network fees are paid by the buyer.
7. Limitation of liability
VNFUNDED is not liable for trading losses from using any EA, or for failures of your broker, MetaTrader, network or computer. In all cases VNFUNDED’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license concerned.
